Print is on the File menu. You can also display the Print dialog box by typing Command- P or by clicking the Print icon in the Preview/Options window.
MORE’s preset option is to print the entire outline, including headers and footers. MORE does not automatically print the table of contents. You can change these options by choosing Preview/Options from the File menu. You can save the options you’ve selected for all new outlines you create by using the Save Defaults command on the File menu. If you’re printing a bullet chart, MORE’s preset option is to print one or more charts. If you’re printing a tree chart, MORE’s preset option is to print the entire chart, including its summit. Before printing check that the selections on the Page Setup dialog box are the ones that you want.
The Print dialog box differs depending on whether you are using an ImageWriter or a LaserWriter printer. Please refer to your Macintosh User Manual for more detailed information.
